Benedictus has been serving the servants of Christ since 1996. We are a locally owned, Catholic book and gift store. Our loyal associates share the vision of our founder to be a provider of Catholic goods, as well as a beacon of faith to the community. Although Lexington, Kentucky is considered a mission diocese, in which only 11% of the population is Catholic, we have grown in size and product line and service to the local parishes. Now we have branched out to the ends of the earth to bring our excellent service, quality gifts and Catholic resources to your front door through our beautiful website.
Our product lines have grown over the years to include names such as Fontanini, Heirloom Nativities, Joseph Studio Statue Line, as well as a vast selection of quality Catholic jewelry.
In recent years, we have expanded our church supply business to offer a full line of liturgical furnishings and appointments. We are pleased this year, 2011, to launch into the market altar wine. Working with our local winery Harkness Edwards Vineyards we have developed a unique blend for our altar wine.
The unique feature of our wine is that it is sold in a box for easy storage and usablility.
